Mischa specializes in corrective, anti-aging, and anti-inflammatory skin treatments using non-invasive and no downtime modalities. She takes pride in working with a transdermal, completely natural professional skincare line to ensure the best results for her clients. In addition to her expertise in skincare, Mischa also excels in waxing, brow design, tinting, and lash lifts.

Diana DesRoches
Esthetician & Barber
Diana DesRoches is a dual licensed professional, specializing in both esthetics and barbering. With a degree from the Hawaii Institute of Hair Design, Diana’s passion for skincare led her to pursue a license in aesthetics.
Since May 2022, she had been apprenticing under Mischa and has obtained her certification as a Holistic Skin Care Practitioner. Diana is certified in performing all of Elina Organics Advanced Facials, including Mischa’s signature facial treatments. Additionally, she is trained in the latest equipment and modalities with Zemits Advanced Skin Systems.
Diana’s expertise extends to facial massage, where she now offers Sculptural Face Lift treatments, an advanced rejuvenating massage technique. Her ultimate goal is to help her clients maintain healthy-looking skin and promote self-care through natural aging approaches, utilizing advanced holistic techniques and organic products.
Lisa Montes

Lisa is a highly skilled Licensed Esthetician with over 4 years of experience in Honolulu’s bustling Waxing Salons. Her expertise lies in Brazilian Waxing, Eyebrow Shaping, brow & lash enhancements, and extends to skin care treatments.
Lisa’s main focus is ensuring her clients’ comfort and delivering efficient treatments. She is committed to staying up-to-date on the latest techniques, trainings, and products to continually improve her skills.
Born and raised on the North Shore of Oahu, Lisa takes immense pride in serving her community with her exceptional knowledge and expertise.
Brenda Doeh
Front Desk + Caretake & Inventory Management
Brenda is an experienced professional with over 36 years of residency on the North Shore.
With a diverse background in massage therapy, retail, and dental assistance, Brenda brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to her role at Mischa Klein Spa. Since joining the team in the summer of 2022, Brenda has been instrumental in managing front desk operations, providing exceptional care to clients and the spa, and overseeing inventory management.
Her dedication and expertise make her an invaluable asset to the spa.
Carolyn Carlisle
Front Desk + Operations & Development Management
Carolyn is a Business Administration graduate from the University of New Hampshire, with a passion for self-care and holistic health.
Her background in marketing and management has allowed her to contribute to various aspects of Mischa Klein Spa since December 2022. From front desk operations to design and media marketing, as well as coordinating special projects & business development, she has been a valuable asset to the business.
Having relocated from Cape Cod, MA to the North Shore, Carolyn helps to bring a unique & creative perspective to the business as well as her client relations expertise.
